Booking & payment
A booking is not confirmed until dates, guest count, total price, and payment terms are agreed in writing. A deposit may be required to hold dates, with the remaining balance due before arrival.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible only with prior written approval.
Guests
Only the guests included in the approved reservation may stay overnight. Events, parties, or additional overnight guests require prior written approval.
Damage & security
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations caused during the stay. A refundable security deposit or card authorization may be required for direct bookings.
